The Health, Education & Social Services Committee has considered:              
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 346                                                            
"An Act relating to services for persons with developmental                   
disabilities."                                                                 
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 346(HES)                                                
"An Act requiring the Department of Health and Social Services                
to establish a waiting list for state-funded services for persons with         
developmental disabilities and requiring the department to submit              
an annual report concerning the waiting list and persons with                  
developmental disabilities."                                                   
                                                                               
The report was signed by Representative Dyson, Chair, with the                 
following individual recommendations:
